  Went through Costco to have two new split systems installed in our home. Everyone from the salesman to the crew that did the installation was very professional, clean, courteous and cordial. The price was competitive without the Costco rebate. There was a small overlook in the thermostat we originally selected to what worked with our system, but they came up with a solution that made us happy. I highly recommend these guys if you are installing a new system. They also saw that the ducting was too small diameter for our system and replaced it with the correct size at no extra cost.
